Does access to condoms prevent teen pregnancy?

Having access to condoms can prevent teen pregnancy.  Although many Parents believe that letting their children have access to condoms make them think it is going to encourage them to have sex it not only prevents teen girl to not get pregnant but spread sexually transmitted diseases. Not only having access to condoms but also having sex Ed. classes will help prevent this from happening more than how it is now a days. Even though having access to condoms not all teens decides to use them and causes to have a teen pregnancy. Yet when there is access to condoms teen pregnancy can still occur, because the condom can rip during use a can cause an unwanted pregnancy. So yes, access to condoms can help but it wont be 100 percent sure it will completely prevent teen pregnancy.
