Does boredom lead to trouble?

Boredom can lead to trouble? It definitely can. This can mainly pertain with teenagers and children. I mainly say teens and children even because Boredom can lead into Drinking, smoking, drugs, sex and even property damage these are the main things that teens fall into and like to do when they are “bored”. Most teens don’t make the right choices when they are bored. If a group of friends are bored in an isolated town the fun thing to do for them is to drink or smoke which can lead them into trouble. Not only is it physical things such as taking in substances in your body that can lead teens into trouble. Surfing the web and can lead into more serious problems such as sexual predators and pornography. One of the main issues about being bored leading into to trouble is property damage such as starting a fire. It can lead into having dumb ideas an physical injuries as well. In this case boredom can do a lot more than moping around the house trying to find something entertaining to do.
